- You grant Blüv permission to promote and display your submission across our platform, including social media and newsletters.
- We may edit or format submissions for clarity or consistency.
Partnerships, Sponsorships & Visibility Suites
When you engage Blüv for advertising, sponsorship, or event partnerships:
- Deliverables, timelines, and payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement.
- Payment is required before services are delivered unless otherwise specified.
- All creative assets provided by you remain your property; all Blüv-produced assets may be used by both parties for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Event Planning Services
When you hire Blüv to produce or plan an event:
- We’ll manage vendors, sponsorships, and logistics with professionalism and care.
- Contracts with third-party vendors (caterers, venues, etc.) may require separate agreements and payments.
- Blüv is not liable for cancellations, delays, or service failures outside of our control (weather, vendor non-performance, acts of God, etc.).
Intellectual Property
The Blüv name, logo, digital magazine content, photography, video, and event coverage are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy. Information collected through forms (event submissions, subscriptions, applications) is used only to deliver our Services. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blüv is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from using our Site or Services. Your participation in events and partnerships is at your own risk.
Changes to These Terms
