Founder & Creative Director
Wendy Bloom
Wendy Bloom is a connector and curator of experiences that bring people together in meaningful ways. With 16+ years in event planning and a background in operations, startups, and brand launches, she’s known for turning events into movements and marketing into culture. Bold ideas, soulful storytelling, and unapologetic drive fuel her work with local leaders, national brands, and grassroots organizations. Beyond her career, she’s a mom and entrepreneur who believes connection is the most powerful currency.

Kattie Muñiz
Kattie Muñiz is an English professor at Valencia College and an experienced editor and media strategist. As Editor of Blüv Magazine, she blends strategy and storytelling to build platforms that empower communities and amplify diverse voices.
Social Media Director
Jamie Nieves
Jamie Lee turned her passion for styling events into a career creating experiences that spark connection and community. As Social Media Director for Blüv, she blends creativity and storytelling to spotlight local voices. With a love for bold ideas, her mission is to make sure every story has a place to be seen.
Intern/Events Coordinator
Isabella Detrick
Isabella Detrick is a sophomore student at UCF studying Communications and Political Science. As the event coordination intern, she works closely with the team to schedule events with other organizations and making sure they are executed successfully, well-organized, and align with our overall goals.

Emma Drauer
Emma Drauer is a recent graduate of UCF with a bachelor’s degree in writing and rhetoric. As an editorial intern, she loves finding captivating stories to share with audiences and highlight underrated places throughout Orlando.

Mariana Ardila
Mariana Ardila is a junior at UCF studying Journalism and sports business. As the social media intern, she plans and creates content for the BLUV team and she connects brands with the community through storytelling.
